- Initiated Parent mediated Group Training Program for ASD children from June 2015, for generalization of treatment across settings and helping them attain age appropriate skills in social reciprocation & communication skills.
- Co-ordinator of Course development viz M.Sc Applied Psychology in Cognitive Rehabilitation – Responsibly handled the duties of compilation of new syllabus, convening expert committee meetings of subject to whet the final syllabus and handled related correspondences with the University of Kerala
